god DAMN i apologise for a lack of updates and builds despite me saying to expect one ages ago

i've been alot busier than I expected, haven't had any time to get a build finalised. I'm hoping to get it out in time for Easter

Having a multitude of hardware issues at the moment which is preventing me from building the next public release. As soon as things are back up and running i'll get it out

SPTE 0.4.1

There isn't much new besides the implementation of the Editor. Mainly wanted to push this out to get a LOT of bugs fixed that I've become aware of after the initial release of 0.4.0
