What time should I start the Deltarune Stream! (This is in my time by the way) Be aware if something happens that makes me unable to do the stream today... It'd either be held tommorow or some other time

Working on Susie next but her fringe is an very difficult hard part, how do you do this exactly, look at the 2nd and 3rd image (Susie's front and side sprite) and tell me how does her hair work? I just don't understand?
