WIP for "Army Defense"

-Improved the pause system

-Adding missing audio

-Adding a startup cooldown

-Prevent enemy shooting while paused

I added the Gamepad inputs for the menus + improved the pause system + worked on the menus

Corvus is sad due to this war here….

He now don’t want to get released here so he decided just to be on Steam :(
