Still couldn't figure out the UV thing, so trying out something simpler, just 1 shader effect.

That way I only have the one additional texture page swap.
Doesn't really work with the swamp, too blue, but the ocean is kinda nice. Gives me sunset vibes.

Hmm, right so I couldn't figure out the UV thing, so I swapped to doing water in separate passes so It wont constantly change the shader texture, just once per pass

Seems to work fine, though there is an FPS drop (still reasonable)

Ok! Water shader is working again, and back looks like this for now! Top is probably a bit too white, but it's all working and much more efficiently and faster. It's also not going over the side of the Swamp edge, so it looks like it has actual depth.

Swamp doesn't look great here, too much top white...but wait! Dang the ocean looks nice! It's got depth!

Gonna work on my Shop stuff, so here's where I currently am with my Water Shader. I wanna add a better wiggle and shine effect, but this'll do for now!

I'll have to do something to break up the edges of the water depths, but I like the shallow water!

Did a quick test of using Sand tiles under my shore water...think it's going to need more work than just swapping out the tile.
Looks like I can get rid of the cropped tiles though if I do this...
