Hey there, I've thought of making a 2D Platformer game, but I'm pretty bad at drawing so can somebody please help me out with the art?

Ok so, I'm trying to make an dark scene but at certain angles the floor completly lights up to where you can see it all.

What is happening?

On my Windows 8.1, Visual Studio 2019 doesn’t work at all, I can’t even open the program. I don’t have my computer on at the moment to see the error message but I’m wondering if there’s a fix for it, from people with the same issue

I want to make a new map. How should it look like (2 Spawn Points for Enemies, 1 Room with obstacles inside to hide behind)?
