Here's a @Dynocation oc I made known as Pip, an Ocean/Ice Dyno that fishy owns.
The age is unknown, it's Height is 4'7, his parents are unknown, But it is in the Hell colony.
W.i.p of my dyno oc, If there's anything I'm missing/have wrong let me know
