This lil' shit is a character based on a randomly generated image. I dubbed him Penguin Parm-a-John. (Or just Parm)
Update: so i decided im going to make a nintendo gameboy and ill tell you if its ever coming to scratch, later on next year of course. i made it pixelated cuz it wont work for vector images. and because i dont know alot of scratch.
