More info I found about the unlicensed port it was supposed to release at December of 1992 but got delayed.
Also from I got sonic can also spindash and Hi-Ho software actually ported the regular special stages (but with more lag ofc)

After some digging I found this screenshot how the level select screen would look like yea pretty basic I know
Apparently there was an unlicensed port of sonic 1 for PCs back then but as of right now it's lost media most things know about this ver that all of the colors are off and has poorly ported music
