What would be better for an Undertale fangame, one about the war, or one about the Dreemurrs / Chara and Asriel?

I just wanna ask, has anyone made an Undertale fangame about the war between Humans and Monsters, and if so, what's it called? If not, I might look into making that idea >:)

Why do I keep seeing Undertale prequals from like 4 months ago with like a complete description and everything... But the account has been dead as soon as the game has been created. No posts on the game page. Nothing. Is this just only happening to me???
