Booted up RPG Maker Mv and got this error, how can i fix this? Its only for one project, my other ones work fine

Well, I got it a little earlier and messed around with it. It doesn’t seem that hard, but I got stuck on trying to upload an “actor”. 😢

How do you do that? Note: I have RPG Maker MV + a few DLC packs.
