Runes of the World

Runes of the World - is a game about three characters, who find themselves in an unknown world.

All three of them are from an organization dedicated to protecting worlds, named "Interworld Safety Initiative".

However, at the moment, they are unable to travel between worlds due to the lack of necessary equipment, and they must find a way to escape from this world.

~ MAIN CHARACTERS ~

PmAt

~ Backstory ~

PmAt is the founder of Interworld Safety Initiative organization. In his world, he lives in a citadel.

One day he was getting ready to go to help Tarhun and DD in fighting another world threat, when all of a sudden, the shield generators in citadel turned off.

PmAt got interested by that, and went to the generators room, wanting to explore the reason of that. When he got here, he saw a portal in the middle of the room.

He stepped closer, and suddenly got electrocuted from behind. When he was about to turn around and attempt to attack person who was here, he was pushed into the portal.

Tarhun

~ Backstory ~

Tarhun is the second member of the organization Interworld Safety Initiative and also is the second working on PmAt.

While on a mission in one of the worlds with DD, he was about to return to the PmAt's citadel, when he suddenly discovered that his scissors, which allowed him to teleport between worlds, were missing.

Just as he was about to go back to DD and get back to the PmAt together, he noticed a strange portal in the distance.

Curious, he approached the portal but then thought it might be a trap and began to walk away. But all of a sudden, a hand shot out of the portal, grabbed Tarhun, and pulled him inside.

DD

~ Backstory ~

DD_OneZero - the third member of the organization Interworld Safety Initiative.

He was on a mission with Tarhun when they had to split up. DD completed his part of the mission by freeing the hostages and sending them back to their homes, and he was about to return.

Suddenly, he felt Tarhun's signal disappear. This alarmed him because Tarhun usually didn't vanish like that, so he decided to go search for him. The source of Tarhun's energy was traced to some strange portal.

Sensing something was wrong, DD wanted to turn back, but something blocked his movement. Immediately after, the portal appeared above him, and due to a strange wind, he was pulled into the portal.
