Listen, I love Undertale Yellow as much as the next guy, but this take is not compliant for it.
Judas' universe contains a set of 6 souls, none of which work or are in the Undertale Yellow universe.
Judas is going on his own journey that can be connected to whatever headcanoned timeline you want, but his story will not fit in that well with UTY.
Undertale: "Masked Bravery" should not be taken as gospel for the original UNDERTALE game. This is a fan-made project and is not canonical at all to the original storyline.
Along with that, Undertale: "Masked Bravery" will not break any UNDERTALE established lore. BUT we cannot make the promise that we'll be perfectly in line with canon, as we add new characters and areas in the mix.
