A minor notice about current versioning...

Some of you may notice that the versions are diffrent right now. These are not new versions. Instead, I’ve revised the versioning to better follow Gamejolt’s versioning. This is also to make it easier to understand when I’ve issued an update or a patch (mostly for the users of the Gamejolt Client).

Also, both the game and the launcher will also use a diffrent versioning (Major.Minor.Update.BuildDate and Major.Minor.Update.Build respectively). I will provide more info tommorow, on the next weekly update.

Don’t worry if you get the old versioning on the Gamejolt Client. If you re-install the game, it will show the correct version. The users of the standalone version will have to wait for a new update, since it’s a bit hard coded.

Hopefully this will be a bit more useful.

Something something... Stuff that I worked on.

While I'm preparing August's Monthly Sync, I'm preparing a Trello board for the game. You can see what I'm working on here. https://trello.com/b/CjFyzH50/immortal-sins-game-development Pardon my dust, while I'm getting this up and running.

Wrote a tool that installs the game's dependencies. That means Northbridge will always use the latest version of the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.

A bit of an old but goodie coming back: Quick Load! In an upcoming update, you can jump back to where you left off with a push of a button.

Jump List returns in the next update.

Waz zis? An overhauled map? Yes. Coming soon.

Implementing Armor Corrosion. This put quite a dent in the target's armor for a short time.

A small teaser for the next tech test.

Enjoy a nice dish, get a nice buff. What's not to like?

Taking the wraps off. For real this time.
