Our team has spent most of this year talking with creators across TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, and Patreon to identify what other platforms are doing right as well as areas where they could better support creators.
We've uncovered the below problems:

How does it work?
Instead of only sharing a percentage earned from a creator's content, we'll be sharing a percentage of ad revenue generated across all of Game Jolt when your followers give you charged stickers.
At the end of each month, we'll transfer your earnings as real money (USD) into your linked payment account.
Who can become a Game Jolt Creator?
Game Jolt users with 1,000 followers and quality content along with creators that have 3,000 followers on another platform (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, etc.) will be considered to join.
What's next?
While our team is super proud of what we've built, we still have a lot of work to do. Currently, approving creators into the program is a manual process so that we can collect all of the necessary information to properly make payments.

Earning money through charged stickers is just the beginning, we're currently working on additional ways for our creators to earn money. Our goal is to have our initial creator cohort start testing mid January.
