The bestiary is now finished, which surprisingly wasn't very difficult to implement. I've also composed the overworld and first dungeon themes, adding some much needed "noise" to the game.

Now, the question is:

Should I upload a demo with the bestiary (along with some minor improvements and bugfixes), or should I wait until I've finished the soundtrack? Let me know what you think!

Version 1.6.0 is now live, adding gamepad support and other QoL improvements, including... slopes!

I actually ran into a ton of bugs implementing all this, but it was well worth it.

New demo v0.9 adds gamepad support, among other things! This village, which has been unavailable since the first release, is now also explorable.

New enemy: Siren Not only are they good swimmers, they can also charm your party members which can turn the tide against you (no pun intended).

The Cryptmaster Anniversary Update is here!

@akuparagames saw that players loved the in-universe card minigame "Whatever." So for this update, they've put more effort to make it its own Roguelike game mode!

Good news: I recently discovered a project called GM8.2 Core that fixes a lot of issues with old Game Maker, which my games are based on. This means that I'm finally able to add gamepad support(!), along with other neat stuff.

After 7 long years, the wait is finally over. Chapters 1-4 of DELTARUNE are out now!

Celebrate the parallel story to Undertale by completing these quests.

I tried redrawing the warrior class (new sprite is on the left). What do you think, should I use this new style for the rest of the classes/ humanoid sprites?

Next version will release later this month, which will expand the game's content significantly. It will also include a NG+ mode, which adds some randomization to encounters and equipment. Until then, here's a mushroom.

The Button Effect – @Frycandle 's minimalist first-person puzzler inspired by The Witness, The Talos Principle and The Beginner's Guide, is coming to Steam!

Hey GJ! In my lengthy absence, I've made 3 new dungeons! The one shown here is water themed, and emphasizes puzzles over combat (don't worry, it's not Water Temple). The boss battle at the end is all action though (as far as SRPGs go).
