I'd have to go with either Chibi-Robo or R.O.B. Both are pretty solid picks, and are SUPER adorable!

He may have started out as a peripheral #GJAsks, but ROB is now a full-fledged robotic vidya icon 'brawling' alongside the likes of Mega Man.
