first steps of the new procgen. to repair certain errors, the overall map design, scale, and type is being made more elaborate, which bizarrely stops certain bugs from ever occurring

putting the setting into a stable setting (horror moonbase), and rewiring the generation algorithm to fix and avoid major bugs. pics soon of the changes to worldgen
