Which camera should I do next?

eyyyyyy iam back now about the game... i will make it adventure game but i need to choose a good coding

language like: java' C#/C++ 'etc...

so choose which one i should use....

What do you guys think about customizations in shoot em ups? what is considered great customization?

I will work on a system that allows you to unlock and change the weapons of the ships depending on its type, not stricting each ship to a specific weapon
