Questions in Game Dev

Hey everyone! I'm writing my BA and trying to get some insights on Game Jolt, and how to incorporate a digital concept around indie games to the platform.

So; Which platform is better for indie developers, Game Jolt or Itch.io?

I've been told that sprites would look better in GMS if you turn off "Interpolate Colors Between Pixels", but doing so made everything look jagged AF. Do I need to update the sprites? Should I even bother and leave the above setting on?

How do I add a image on the game description?

Hey guys, I'm been looking at my Aruba level background, and I a feel a little unsatisfied with how it looks, specifically with the waves and how they meet the beach. Are there any games with a similar background I can look at for reference?

This is a resized (This is as good as i could get it) Of the other Logan's days thing. Still need all that stuff btw! (AKA, 3D artist/ animator, voice actors and coders.
