For day 198 of coding, I made a hub room for the player to prepare in before heading out on a run
I've also updated the pause menu to present options based on the current room


For day 197 of coding, I made 3 small changes:
I fixed the slime's targeting when attacking,
the player can avoid attacks by rolling,
and the confirm key had been changed from enter to space for easier access

For day 196 of coding, I made the lifeforce/exp move a little away from where the enemy was after spawning


For day 195 of coding, I made it so enemies can now drop lifeforce/exp


For day 194 of coding, I made a counter for the collected lifeforce. I've also adjusted the code for the pause textboxes


For day 193 of coding, I made these orbs of lifeforce that serves as experience/currency.
They will move towards the player when close


For day 192 of coding, I gave the player a red flash when damaged


For day 191 of coding, the slime can now damage the player with the jump attack
The player also has an invincibility period after being hit


For day 190 of coding. I have changed up the flamethrower some
The flames now grow as they move from the weapon; and the shooting delay has been lowered for the weapon to look closer to shooting a stream of fire
