Added an echo to sound effects like the phone call to match with the submarine's metal structure with how sounds work IRL and change the ambience to sound better.

(Oh yeah also don't mind the file name says V0.3 it's V0.4 just i forgot to change name)

These seems looks batter than old version of "Rooms" by nicorocks5555 or one of subfloor from doors btw
