My Review on Meeseventure.
Opening logo was really neat, I liked it. Gave a good first impression, and the animation here was great.
The title screen is decent, but I wish more parallax on the waters would be added (kind of like sonic 1).
The fonts doesn't pop, the "Press enter" button's font is a little odd.
I like the mode select, its really cool.
The art looks fine, I like the cartoony style approach but maybe add shadings and shadows to the environment to make it look more alive and not entirely plain by color palates.
The way the player jumps is fine, but he continually jumps when holding the key making his animation unchanged when on the ground, with no sound feedback.
The way he wall jumps works fine but the animation when he wall jumps looks odd. Same goes for the dashing.
I think more particle effects should've been added here to give more visual feedback.
Other than that, the gameplay controls seems fine, not really buggy.
The level design here is cool, I really like it.
Overall really good game, hope more with the art would be improved.

couldn't you make a html port of this?
A little browser game about the little Meese that could.
After a small nap, one little animal known as the "Meese" has discovered that the rest of his species has been kidnapped by the vengeful Nerd Meese, in order to rule the island they inhabit, the Wood-Chop isle.
You must travel the Grassy Grove biome, get through plenty of traps and goons in your way, and maybe even fight a giant robot!
An original soundtrack, cutesy visuals, extra modes, and more is what you can expect from my newest platformer! It's going to be a MeeseVenture of epic proportions!
