Where is my game?

If you purchased a game while logged into your account, it now lives under the Your Owned Games section of your Library. Your Library is located on your profile.

If you've purchased a game as a guest, as in not logged in, you'll need to claim your purchase into your library from your order receipt email. (See instructions below)

Claiming your game purchase into your library 

If you've purchased a game as a guest, it just means you weren't logged into your Game Jolt account when you made the purchase. Here is how you can add the game to your account and find it in your owned games. 

 

1. Enter your email address on this page to have your purchase/s re-sent to you: https://gamejolt.com/claim

2. Within the email you receive, you should be able to find a link that takes you to a unique claim page.

3. Ensure you are logged into the account you want to link the game to then click the "Claim Game Into Library" button to link the game to your Game Jolt account. 

Refund Policy

As we explain in our Terms of Use, Game Jolt does not offer refunds unless there is a defect in the product or service itself that prevents you from launching the product or service.
