I was able to get the navigation build time during initial load down to like 3 seconds.

The game runs much smoother now - part of the problem was my approach to finding path for chasing player, alongside navigation invokers

I made some little sculptures !

They are still not perfect & I still struggle to replicate my drawing's proportions but I'm proud I managed to make them~

I'm especially proud of the biggest one, it's a design I might replicate later and sell in my shop !
