Hello. Im making a game in 3D and having a problem with camera. The code is right, but when i try project, camera turning only left right. I was trying everything to fix this, but nothing works. How to make camera turn up down? Who knows?

Hey guys, I have got a great idea for a game. You stop cars on the road and knock the drivers out so that you can clean their cars. Eventually the difficulty will go up. Please comment if you would like this as I am not sure if I should develop it.
