I’ve recently opened up commissions on Ko-fi (link in my profile) and this is the first piece I’ve made as such. 
This is a 1-bit isometric album cover made for a chiptune set on bandcamp, styled similarly to my previous Link’s Awakening pieces.

Паразит-пиявка
Сначала совсем мелкий присасывается к жертве. Какое то время питается её кровью, насытившись и увеличившись в размерах покидает мёртвую жертву. А потом впадает в своеобразную спячку, до уменьшения до размера обычной пиявки. Цикл повторяется
