(this includes Undertale and Deltarune, but i love all of them)
Weird Theory, but: What if Ramb IS the Mantle (Holder)?
There isnt really any evidence for it, except Ramb vanishing after beating Mantle (Yes I'll call him Mantle fight me). Maybe like a Split-Personality of sorts, dunno.
Worth a thought though..
