Development is slow, am currently trying to do some hand drawn animations mainly a walk cycle. Anyone know of any free bitmap animation software that works (Krita has been lagging and inconsistent in preformance)

I know nothing about how to make games and so any tips I’m plannning on making one as soon as I can tho I’m pretty young maybe a little too young so....any tips?
