For day 318 of coding, I've designed and added a border to the charge meter

Hi! I've been working on "Xenophobia" for a while now and I thought that I could share some content here!

"Xenophobia" is a mining tower defense where you mine ores to build different defense systems against different alien type monsters!

Fixed Wandering Training Dummies.

That was a spooky bug!
Wasn't applying their sprite offset to the saved y value!
They have to be offset because when you hit them they rock back and forth, and without the offset they do it wrong.
