Added a new shop and the possibility to disable the grass, it was a problem on weaker devices. Also fixed some bugs and improved general quality.

Almost done with the 4th tier skills. This one leaves fire on the ground, damaging units if they don't move away from it.

I am passing and translating the content of Christmas Knights ("Cavaleiros Natalinos", in portuguese) into English, for the future project called Knights of New North.
