So in are new story we have given further detail and made it a lot better.

The Human has completed many genocide routes. So many in fact Frisk has completely tooken-over. But one time, the timeline was so instable, that riverperson found a connection by changing the code. And soon he came back to the world. But he saw Alphys coming towards his direction and Alphys gets killed by riverperson. Since Alphys has stable determination riverperson sorta-stores it. Then Papyrus heard that Alphys has gone missing or something from Sans and Papyrus searches through waterfall to find any sign of her, but eventually he reaches riverperson. And Riverperson changes Papyrus's view about life and the human in general. So Papyrus starts the plan Riverperson requested. (Riverperson helps Papyrus) (He also gives Alphys's stable determination to Papyrus)

Also Temmie helps later on in hotland

Temmie has played this game before a lot of times so after hearing this news about something new happening, he decides to pair with papyrus to see where this would take him.

Once upon a time monsters and humans were at peace

Then suddenly Riverperson appeared after changing this games code

but Riverperson killed alphys for the stable Determination they had

Sans heard and told Papyrus

Then Papyrus decided to investigate

no clue

but Papyrus saw Riverperson

Riverperson used Papyrus to start his plan

Papyrus accepted

Then The final genocide
