So the song is actually BGM from one of my favorite games as a kid: Eragon for the Nintendo DS. The song title is "Burning Carvahall" by Ian Stocker.
The storyboard itself was intended to be the project's origin, and with the premise of essentially being "Angel's Friends for Young Adults", there was expansion on ideas that were not suitable for the TV show's original target audience of young children. As I intend for the game to be accessible to a wider audience, I naturally have to censor some of the storyboard's more obvious adult references and language.
For this scene specifically, I can only tell you to Google what you don't understand and give my word that all outfit changes will be instantaneous (and if you can believe it, this is still one of the storyboard's lighter examples).
