BALLS 'N STARS 2 HAS RETURNED FROM HIATUS!

I'm sorry for the sudden inactivity in this devlog, my laptop broke, and I had to wait for about a month to get a new PC to continue working on this project

The UI is now done... sort of...

Took me a fair while to actually make the stage selection works properly, but it's all done now.

Now, I just have to replace those old previews from the demo to match with the new UI.

Looks like the last devlog barely get any traction, so let's see if perspective animation changes that.

Speaking of perspective, I changed the camera to a perspective one to make those animations work.

Not only I've finally made the transition between the last stage of an island to the world map island works properly, but I've added a few more details into the map UI itself. Yeah, that medal showcase is new.

So, for future players' sanity going forward, I've changed how the respawn works in the game

Instead of starting from scratch, you will now respawn to the last position you land after a successful shot

The last post got no fanfare, I see... now this should be worth seeing... Curved terrain!

I've worked on the curves since the first island, but not thinking that it'll work as I expected, so along with improved boosters (again), this should do the job

I guess just making the booster cyan everywhere isn't going to work well so... time to make it white and use Unity's sprite colorizer instead
