WIP - Migration to HDRP!
Main character is a Neamee - girl, pilot of rescue spaceship in sci fi future world.
Her escape pod landed on the unknown planet in an unexpected way. And now Neamee has to do her best, use her knowledges and even - hobby to solve many puzzles, find other crew members, explore wonderful world and discover it's mysterious history connected with Neamee's past in some unpredicable way.
Our game takes some best parts from games like:
Portal
Rime
AER Memories of Old
Tomb Raider
and some others.
But game excludes any direct violance or lethal weapons.
Despite of linear sequence of locations based on scenario, each location is a some kind of "open world" - player is limited by puzzles and landscape only.
There are 8 different bioms planned. Such as Jungles, Mountains, Desert, Caves etc.
Each has some (2-5) number of locations (levels).
Each location will be a complex of different puzzles. Some of them are based on different types of switches, some - physically based, some has a hidden or broken parts need to be found and repaired.
Also locations are full of traps and danger like agressive insect or plants, broken devices or defence systems of abandoned ruines.
My current developer's tasks are:
change a render pipline to HDRP
implementing of a seamless open game's world
improving of animations and behaviour of main character;
polishing of completed game mechanics and experimenting with some gameplay elements;
enrichment of visual part of the game - remaking content and locations;
