Metroid. I'm surprised this hasn't gotten a TV show or movie yet. Because the story and lore is so interesting.
I would also like to see Star Fox be made into a TV series as well.

Our best memory of coop shooter is when me and my sister 
played Project Eden. We entered a derelict hospital, I went left and she went right. Both of us triggered monster spawns 
causing both of us to get killed
