Semi-accurate GBA style tile engine

I'm working on a tile engine to make GBA style games!

So far you can place tiles, rotate them, remove, and save & load maps.

(I'm only using 15-bit colours and set the stage size to the GBA resolution!)

Update version 2.2.0 will be distributed within the next 24 hours. This update adds support for Splatfests as well as a new stage! The full change log can be found in the article. Attached is some gameplay on the new stage.

updates of the trailer was delay due to reasons @Stardust_2114 and @danikieGJ was working on it long, new help auditions is gonna be work on since the old one is kinda dead
