Questions in Game Jolt

Where my quests go 😟

I posted this yesterday and I didn't get a trophy that says I posted every day @gamejolt I am confused as to why I didn't complete the quest and now its gone is this a bug?

Did I do something wrong? Should I still have this quest? Is this a bug

Posted this video, however there is no sound.

When I play the file outside of GameJolt there IS sound.

Is there a way to fix this?
