Allow me to explain what you're looking at here.
Loading...Out with the Old, in with the New:
updated the walls and floors, bye bye crappy bricks and bad contrast.
Walls: Looks clean and fewer colors, simple but effective.
Floors: More variety and darker to make items, characters etc pop.

Not much is known about him, except that he's the main culprit of all the pollution and trash everywhere. There sure is something strange about this deity though...
