how do you fix this

this happens even when i don't change the icon so how do i fix this thing happing with gamemaker 8.1

can anyone help me with telling me how to do smooth slope rotating like sonic mania or sonic 3 remastered?

Looking for helpers for things such as
-New Title Screen

-New Camera System

-Title card at start

-level tiles

-And a code that makes sonic angle rotate smoothly instead of instant rotate(like sonic mania)
