Gen 4 today for my GBC spriting practice with the Drifloon line, which certainly has a striking shiny. 
This one was a challenge for a few reasons but the biggest was using only 4 colours. I’m really happy with how they came out.

This is my first time drawing Gengar.
I was a huge Pokémon fan when I was in second grade.
That's nostalgic
. By the way, my favorite character is Glaceon.
Poliwhirl was such a pleasant good-tempered child, but one day that changed, and they became... PoliWRATH!
