How do Gamejolt achievements work? How can i add achievements to my game on Gamejolt?

Could anybody please give me ideas for the super secret people page and give it a weakness. For example, bringing up the camera (Don't use this one, Inverted already uses it), or something other than lights or mask.

I'm currently overhauling the visuals of Vaults Of Vvorr & would like to know what people think! Trying to achieve a more vibrant look while still having fore- & background clearly distinguishable. Use image slider to compare before/after. Any thoughts?
