The Phantom Railgun is ultra long ranged, loaded with piercing rounds and has devastating damage, this weapon will cut through bugs like butter and when augmented will leave nothing left alive!

Got the second cutscene working, as well as adding some particles, a main save file, and screen shake effects!

I found that the easiest way to make a screen shake in Gamemaker is to offset the camera, using a variable to indicate where it is normally.
