Ok! So got NPC's moving around when Culled, and got them animating in the Town menu.
Making them interact with their Jobsites/homes should be easy since they have access to those object id's.

It occurred to me that I haven't really said much about Outcasts and its story. I've just kinda stated that it's a game and left it at that, so here's a bit of a prologue to set the stage for the game:

Urgh, I hate doing it this way but it does work.

I'm able to draw the NPC's in the menu even when culled.

Had to replace the with(NPC) and instead stick NPC. in front of all the variables >:|

Now I guess I work on updating them when culled.
