Finally got omnidirectional munitions and their associated nodes rotating properly in-game.

This would be 10x better if we just did 3D, but I adamantly oppose the third dimension.

Looking much better. Gotta tone it down for larger rounds, but it's a step in the right direction.

The cooldown between rounds for the mgs and autocannons could be reduced as well.

Its currently to scale for the calibers, but it needs to be doubled or tripled in size.
