I realized I could sculpt the facial expressions in Blender and save them as shape keys to use later in-game in UE5.

This is not a bug, but a feature I use to check lighting and post-processing in my game. The texture is basically just my color palette.

Completely redesigned the office, this is also still a WIP, though. If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them!
