Holy crap y'all are gonna make me blush. 42 votes? That's like half my follower count! 
Most of you use mouse, and all I can say is that my wrist asks me to commit seppuku with a pencil everytime I want to draw with mouse. (It's hell)
Artists! (Of all caliber) What device/in what way do you create your art?
Personally I use a Drawing Pad most of the time. But I also perform better at traditional art.
