Weapon idea:

A scrap weapon made of random bits and pieces, but mainly a chainsaw, combined into a makeshift chain gun.

Many knights see dragon dens as an opportunity to be remembered in legends as tales speak of treasures of immesurable worth awaiting inside. Frankly, I've never heard of a knight surviving a lair without missing a bit or two.
