More Level, and properly implemented crouching.

It's #WIPWednesday so I wanted to say two things

1: A new obstacle that lowers speed on contact.

2: Making levels that have to look good horizontally and vertically take a lot longer than I'd like.

Sometimes when your making a game you think, I should probably be able to do this.

This also turned into a little combat showcase.

I've Arrived at Upper Level 13, I think the grass might be too tall in some parts.
