I keep seeing Bill Cipher on my 'FYP'...and I've been overthinking why he's on there all the time...do I need to satisfy him via a drawing of him?
So I decided to draw him, hoping that he doesn't summon the whole damn IRS to my front door as a 'prank'.
I was at a Halloween fair over the weekend and I saw a really cool custom made Springtrap prop!
