Questions in Game Dev

I need some help.

What application would be best for making digital rough sketches and concept art stuff?

Looking at Dead Drift's new Missions Screen, there are two things I did that can become cool #gamedev articles:

- Making a custom bar;

- Making the screen's monitor "bounce" movement.

Would you be interested in short articles about these things?

I have an issue with unity where the tile set won't work. Anyone have a fix for this?

This works fine but, how can i do it in less code?
